Q. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No. However there is minimum order quantity for caps, which we require a minimum order of 4.
Q. How much does embroidery setup cost?
If your logo has already been digitized, and we have it on file, or you have the embroidery file on disk, then there is no setup charge.
For bespoke artwork a fee of approx £40 will be charged, this is a one off cost and the disk remains your property. Logos where just wording, or a stock design is used, setup is free of charge. Q. How much does it cost to have our logo embroidered? One logo is included in the price of all garments supplied by ourselves, up to a maximum of 10,000 stitches.
Any logo that is over 10,000 stitches, the additional stitches will be charged at 35p/1,000 stitches per garment. Q. Can you guarantee the logo will be in the same place on every garment? Yes we can. This is because we use a machine called a "Hoop Master" which enables us to position the logo accurately every time. Q. What garments are available? We are able to supply a wide range of garments from childrens wear, to corporate wear, including work wear and specialist garments, where necessary. A varied range can be viewed in our Catalogue.

Yes you can provide your own garments, however you will be charged £3.50 per logo under 10,000 stitches, there after an additional cost of 35p per 1,000 stitches will be charged. Should you also need your logo to be digitized, cost will be as illustrated above.
Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
10 - 15 working days from confirmation of order and logo.
Q. How much does standard delivery cost?
For all orders delivery is £8.95 irrespective of weight or number of boxes.
Q. What format should I send my art work to you in?
JPEG Bitmaps, Windows Bitmap, TIFF Bitmap, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator.
Q. Can you Design a logo for me?
Yes we can.
Q. How much would Design Origination cost?
The average logo costs approx £40 to digitize, and this is a one off cost.
Q. When do I pay for my garments?
Our credit terms are 30 days from the date of invoice.
